SCHOOLS
Many primary schools like Chater and Hillside Infants support us mainly by collecting and donating food and other goods at harvest time.
Secondary schools such as Watford Grammar School for Girls and Merchant Taylors support through their own fundraising efforts and supporting fundraising events, such as the Sleepout at St Albans Abbey in December 2005.
Our education resource, 'The Unseen Citizen', contains lesson plans on homelessness and the surrounding issues and has proved to be an invaluable tool to PSHE teachers in secondary schools.
