NEW HOPE HOUSE

  • A homely 10 bedded rehabilitation hostel
  • A dry hostel where no drugs or alcohol can be consumed on or off the premises
  • A key worker is assigned to each resident to support them as they rebuild their lives
  • Daily life involves house duties as part of communal living, and structured life-skills training
  • Residents are encouraged to undertake training and voluntary work to prepare for being re-housed
  • The average length of stay is between six and twelve months

During the last year seven residents moved into their own accommodation.

New Hope House Pool Table “We are here to serve; to accept unconditionally all who ask for help, and to deal compassionately with their situation. It's wonderful to have this opportunity and to observe the changes in people’s lives”.
