CLUSTER FLATS
- 11 single rooms are available in 2,3 or 4 bedded Cluster Flats
- Each Cluster Flat has it's own shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom facilities
- These are designed for clients with low support needs who want to move into their own accommodation and independent living
- Applications are made through Watford Borough Council, a member of the POsH consortium or the Outreach Team to the Manager. Tenancy is limited to 6 months
- Residents are assigned a Key Worker to support them providing help to manage their finances
- Application Forms are also available from The Sanctuary
- Applicants need to be free of any addictions for a minimum of 3 months before being considered for a Cluster Flat and willing to engage in a minimum of 15 hours meaningful occupation each week
During the last year 23 people have stayed in the Cluster Flats.
